Picture
The meaning of our name refers to the peloton, which is a group of cyclists who collaborate to adjust to conditions in order to manage energy and maximize their effort for their goal.  As such, it offers an apt metaphor for our core philosophy, which is that through the intentional development of collaborative skills and practices, teams and organizations are better equipped to engage in continuous growth and to effectively and efficiently achieve goals within changing contexts.

Guiding Principles

We believe ...
  • Groups that examine their own sense of identity and purpose are best positioned to affect change
  • In the power of collaboration as a way of developing and maintaining our adaptivity
  • Something better comes from working together with others
  • Engaging more minds to consider what lies ahead and behind results in solutions that are creative and enduring
  • Promoting a spirit of inquiry will lead to the development of strong, caring work cultures where members are most resourceful
  • Taking time to fully understand contexts will lead to more efficient, effective and satisfying outcomes
  • Cultivating energy necessary for groups to thrive is an ongoing process and requires careful tending
